Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the LotteryHub mobile app and this website, published by JWet Mobil. By using them, you accept these terms.
What LotteryHub is — and is not
LotteryHub displays lottery draw results that have already been published, and lets you save sets of numbers to compare with upcoming draws.
- We sell no lottery ticket. Saving numbers in the app does not enter you into any draw and gives you no claim to any prize.
- No money is involved in the tracking feature. Any amount shown next to a match is illustrative only.
- We are not affiliated with any lottery operator, state agency or gaming authority. Lottery names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the results shown.
Accuracy of results
Results are collected from public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They are provided for information only. Always check the official operator's website before acting on any result. We accept no liability for a decision taken on the basis of what the app displays.
Who may use it
You must be of legal age to participate in lottery games where you live, and use the app in accordance with the law that applies to you. Where lottery-related content is restricted, it is your responsibility not to use the app.
Your account
You may use the app without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab; doing so deletes the data attached to it.
Free use, limits, and advertising
The free version includes advertising and daily limits — a number of new trackings per day, and a maximum number of favorite lotteries. Watching a rewarded video may grant an additional tracking, within a daily cap.
We may adjust these limits. Where a change reduces what you already paid for, we will tell you first.
Subscription
LotteryHub+ is a paid subscription that removes advertising and lifts the free limits. It is billed by Google Play or the App Store according to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you cancel and request refunds through the store that sold it, not through us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass its limits, verification or security;
- extract the data in bulk, or resell it, without our written agreement;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve what matters to you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for any loss arising from reliance on displayed results, from unavailability, or from any lottery outcome.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
